JOB AD: BRANCH MANAGER
KHAYELITSHA BRANCH
Learn to Earn (LtE) is a Christian organization which seeks to develop people, especially unemployed people, socially, economically, emotionally and spiritually.
LtE is looking for a full time Branch Manager to take full responsibility for the management and oversight of the Khayelitsha branch of LtE.
Requirements
· Hold to LtE’s statement of faith and be an active member of an evangelical church.
· Good management and strong leadership skills
· Financial management background
· Training experience and understanding of SAQA, the NQF and the SETA system
· Knowledge of NGO/ PBO sector valuable
· Well developed interpersonal skills
· Computer literate
· Knowledge of finances, budgets and control systems
· Fundraising knowledge
· Computer literacy with well developed communication skills in English while knowledge of Xhosa would be extremely beneficial.
· Systems oriented with good planning skills.
· Ability to work cross-culturally.
· Work in Khayelitsha.

JOB AD: PA / ADMINISTRATOR
KHAYELITSHA BRANCH

LtE is looking for a full time Administrator to take full responsibility for the administrative efficiency and growth of the administration department of LtE and to operate as PA within the Department.
Requirements
· Hold to LtE’s statement of faith and be an active member of an evangelical church.
· At least 5 years administrative management experience.
· Thorough understanding of business practice including, inter alia, financial administration.
· A relevant business degree or diploma is desirable.
· Computer literacy with well developed communication skills in English while knowledge of Xhosa would be extremely beneficial.
· Systems oriented with good planning skills.
· Ability to work cross-culturally.
· Work in Khayelitsha.
