Are you technically minded – do you like fixing things, are you practical, do you have some electrical knowledge, understand some basic plumbing, have worked on a bicycle, computer, car, fixed home appliances or any other item that has some electric, mechanical or electronic aspect to it, then this course will suit you!

This course will give the graduate a basic understanding of the functionality of a coffee machine (domestic and commercial), coffee grinders and other coffee equipment. You will be able to trouble shoot basic equipment issues and have knowledge on how to conduct a basic service, repairs, and maintenance of these machines. Possible areas of employment could be working for a coffee equipment and supplier business or hotel group or coffee chain that requires maintenance and repairs to coffee related equipment.
