Call centre costs in 2017

Call Centres are key growth areas in Cape Town with many international companies running their operations from here. The LtE Call Centre course aims to prepare participants for this fast-paced sector with focused PC skills and practical role play exercises over an 8 week period. Trainees have the opportunity to visit call centres at partner companies such as TFG to experience first-hand the work environment.
