About us
Learn to Earn is a skills development and job creation group seeking to develop people, especially unemployed people, socially, economically, emotionally and spiritually.

Our skills development and training centres are based in Khayelitsha and Hermanus. Learn to Earn endeavours to eradicate unemployment and other legacies of injustice in South Africa. Since 1989 we have trained more than 10 000 unemployed people with market-related skills.

There are three legal entities, all based in South Africa, within the Learn to Earn 'sphere', namely: Learn to Earn (LtE) our training organisation, primarily funded by donations; the Learn to Earn Business Resource Centre (BRC); and the feel good Project (tfgP), which is a partnership with TFG. Although legally separate, we consider the three entities collectively under the name Learn to Earn. Use of Site
Website Terms and Conditions of Use Relating to learntoearn.org.za. These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms and Conditions") govern your ("the User") use of the Learn to Earn ("Provider") website located at the domain name www.learntoearn.org.za ("the Website"). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.

You may only use this site to browse the content and make legitimate donations and/or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including, without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. Donations
Learn to Earn provides the user with the opportunity to make voluntary financial donations to us. Donations are processed securely. Data collected during the processing of donations is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Delivery policy
When you purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions and any relevant legislation. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Refund and return policy
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us, at your expense, undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider's standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Payment options and pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). The total order cost will include the value of the donation or the price of the goods plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). Learn to Earn reserves the right to change pricing on products at any time without prior notice.

Credit card acquiring and security
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer. Credit card transactions will be acquired for Learn to Earn via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website.
